The De La Salle Advantage

De La Salle North Catholic High School is a faith-based, college preparatory high school which primarily serves lower-income students in the Portland Metro area. Our school boasts a highly successful integrated Corporate Work Study Program (CWSP) which is part of the Cristo Rey Network (CRN) model of education.  Students often enter our school 1.5 years behind in core subjects yet 95% graduate in four years and are accepted to college.

Each and every year members of our senior graduating class receive merit-based scholarships to colleges and universities throughout the United States totaling in the millions of dollars.

The average class size at De La Salle North Catholic is 21, with a student to teacher ratio of 15:1.  Approximately 65% of our students are first in their family to attend college.  70% of all De La Salle graduates, since 2005,  have either graduated from college or are continuing their college studies today.
