Asia Greene receives Police Challenge Coin for her Activism Against Gang Violence, Performs Poem/Prayer
Asia Greene performed her poetry in response to the youth gang violence, for the Mayor of Portland, Chief of Police, faith community, and more at the North Portland Police Precinct in mid-June. She received a Portland Police Challenge Coin from Portland Chief of Police Mike Reese.
Watch her deliver her moving, heartfelt poem/prayer on YouTube on the Portland Police Bureau’s channel. It is also posted on Portland Mayor Sam Adams website.
